[fbshare type=”button”] The world of Meat Loaf is never dull. The singer collapsed four songs into his show in Pittsburgh last Thursday. He was right in the middle one of his classics, “I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That),” when he stumbled, lost consciousness and fell. The 63-year-old singer was treated by medics and went on with his show. Later, he told the audience that he had suffered an asthma attack.
Then, on Sunday July 31, Meat collapsed again, this time after a concert had ended in New Jersey. Meat reportedly requested oxygen and, after 10 minutes, said he was feeling fine.
Meat Loaf is planning his next album. He told Billboard his next release will be “the most personal record I’ve ever made.” It’s called Hell in a Handbasket and it is finished. It will be released early 2012.
