Tamir Malka, known to the world as RiverO, is a 17 year old prodigy DJ and Producer from Israel. Entering the scene less than a year ago, RiverO was immediately recognized by some of the best DJ’s in the world. His first remix which was of Borgeous’ “Invincible,” was supported by Nicky Romero on his worldwide Protocol radio show. From there everything took off! RiverO began to receive support from some of the biggest producers in the game, including Dirty Dutch’s DJ Chuckie, Blasterjaxx, W&W, MAKJ, DVBBS, Juicy M, and many more.
A promising figure looming out from the crowd, RiverO is the complete package. Effortlessly leaving his contemporaries behind, he leaps and bounds into a league of his own. Springing from his early dreams of dance music via a show featuring Afrojack and Nervo, in front of a 10,000 crowd, RiverO is slowly clawing his way to the top, earning such prestigious residencies as The Block Club, The Wynn, Hangar 17, The Pick-Up Club and the Maale Audumim Street Party, where he was the winner of Top Young DJ Contest in Israel.
He has now smashed it home with six different DJ Mag Top 100 DJ’s, including Blasterjaxx, W&W, Nicky Romero, DVBBS, DJ CHUCKIE, MAKJ, proving he has the ability to top his cake with more than one shiny sweet cherry.
Never tied to just one sound, RiverO has a deep appreciation for music that fills the room and moves the soul. Soon RiverO’s fame will be quickly spreading around the world, as he releases track after danceable track. Not least the “Sting (Original Mix)”, which is just plain addictive.
