Al Knight is a singer, songwriter and music producer from London who has been inspired by every style of music. I can’t stress enough that Al is an eclectic songwriter and this is a great example of his work. “End Of The Line” is so totally accessible while still being a rich musical experience for all but the thickest forms of music snobbery. The spacious, sparkling stereo imagery, crackling with crystal clear life from all sides is fully present.
Al Knight is a magician with melody, harmony and music arrangement. His tracks are lusciously layered with guitars, keyboards, strings and multiple voices. “End Of The Line” overall sounds abundantly plush, augmented with orchestral-type flourishes. This is a track for those who enjoy excellent songwriting and musical instrumentation, with progressive and cinematic moments, and a large emphasis on prominent vocals and strong melodies.
Steady and methodical, every note and beat counts while Al Knight adds rich in texture with the instruments and vocals. The song is a compelling and focused, yet melodic and catchy pop-rock record. Ultimately “End Of The Line” is smooth, dynamic and beautifully produced musical entertainment, and a worthy addition to Al Knight’s catalog.
