UK Drill Sensation, Matry Brings A Much-Needed New Flavor To The London Drill Scene

Born of parents of Jamaican and Grenadian ancestry, Matry composes music as though traveling through space and time, warmly melting the seasons of his terrain from one mood to the next. His music blends UK Drill with stylistic elements of Reggae, R&B, hip-hop, and club banger, winning over audiences with towering dynamics and genuine and raw enthusiasm.

After graduating from William Morris Academy, Matry went on to release three mixtapes Yippy Kyay, PiF, and Revenge. He has worked with award-winning producers and artists in the music industry like Angel, Dazbeats, Paigey Cakey, Nolay Bushkin, and Nutty P.

Matry is now working on his first EP ‘I Got The Wave,’ which is a ten-track EP mainly produced by a Spain based producer, Saint Cardona. ‘I Got The Wave’ will be released under Pattern Gang Records.
