Folsom, CA – Jive Hive, a hip-hop duo based out of Sacramento, California, has announced the release of their next upcoming single, “Something Tells Me” on April 3rd, 2020. The single will be released on all major streaming and audio platforms for audiences worldwide and comes off the duo’s debut EP “Gone Samplin,'” which will be released next month on April 24, 2020.
“Something Tells Me,” is a song about listening to your conscience and moving forward in life, regardless of your doubts or worries. It is about how to deal with it from 2 different perspectives.
“This song is really about trusting your instincts in every circumstance. You know what’s best deep down,” commented Collin Jacka.
“Life is all about how well you can keep a balance and keep moving forward. This song is a reminder to trust yourself,“ added Chase Taormina.
Written, produced, and recorded from an apartment, “Something Tells Me” reflects the duo’s passion for a do-it-yourself approach. Jive Hive created the beats, lyrics, and cover art, and sang, mixed, and mastered with modern technology to create this unique track and its powerful message.
