Jukebox Storm is a collective of rock/blues musicians that came together virtually during COVID circumstances to create an album entitled “Something We Did”. Individual tracks from the album have already been released, with the most positive feedback coming in for “Desperate Blues”, “Turn The Page” (cover of Bob Seger hit), “Heels Make Me Crazy”, and “Gonna Be A Storm”.
Jukebox Storm is a band that lifts blues rock in its essence, with melodic vocals, rich harmonies, powerful guitar riffs, firm drum beats, and cohesive bass lines interspersed with brass and harmonica. All the songs, throughout their catalog are cohesive and help build an identity for the band. By turns heavy, bluesy, and funky, they deliver a palette of sounds that is rich and impacting.
If Jukebox Storm proves anything, it’s that the band are at their strongest and most unique carving their own trail, rather than following in the trends of today’s active rock. Even among their peers, there really isn’t a band delivering pure, unadulterated, raw blues-rock quite like Jukebox Storm. This is music that’s mainly meant to invoke primal emotions first and foremost.
Jukebox Storm is made up of skilled musicians, most are from Berklee College of Music in Boston, and nearly all have played in bands for several years. The band includes:
