On July 8, Spain’s hot new recording artist, Meritxell Negre, will perform LIVE at internationally-famed, Club Opium Barcelona. Featuring Afrojack, Avicii, Axwell, Roger Sanchez, David Gueta and Armin Van Buren, Opium has thrilled party goers with some of the world’s best DJ sounds – plus an upcoming guest performance by vocalist Meritxell Negre is going to tear the roof down!
The International songstress, who has performed for Donald Trump, the President Barack Obama Inaugural Party and at the Antena 3 television program, “El Numero Uno”, will debut in Opium her new single, “It’s Not Right But It’s Okay” club remix amongst other tunes.
This time Negre, who is known in U.S. music circles as the Latin Queen of Soul for her pulsating, soulful sound, delivers an electifying collaboration with producers, Alemany Music and Opium’s Resident DJ, Frank Caro. The soul-infused remix is a glorifying rendition to the late Whitney Houston’s original track. Yet, Negre’s distinuished and tasteful Pop/R&B unmistakably stamps her as the Latin Queen of Soul. There’s no question, that the Barcelona bombshell will storm Spain’s dance music scene. Negre is a stunning crowd pleaser and joined with Opium’s elaborate ectronica, house and R&B DJ mixes, this is a wildly entertaining performance you cannot miss.
