Canadian Country-Rock recording artist, Russell Lee, is gaining momentum with his latest single and video release, “Picture” taken from the album “What Do I Do”. In my view a country music should do a number of things; break your heart, mend your heart, make you want to drive then drive some more, make you want to slow dance in you lounge and make you want to crack open a beer and line dance in your kitchen, for me Russell Lee’s music does all of this!
“Picture” is a superb track which demonstrates Russell Lee skill as a singer, songwriter, musician, and as someone who can give us a song that showcase both his fun and sensitive sides in fabulous harmony. The master of catchy infectious tunes, Russell does another great job here.
The sound of his voice and the sheer cleverness of his song-writing will stop your conversation, if you’re not paying attention. The track evokes plenty of emotion which is helped along by the pleasant idea of seeing it performed live by Russell Lee and his band.
