Twenty Questions with Talent Manager Ike Mann

Ike Mann is a talent manager who you need to keep your eyes on, because big things are coming for this young and hungry entrepreneur, and all whom he represents. Ike Mann – who can be found on the ‘Gram’ as @Ikemann123 – is a guy that hustles, a guy that grafts like never before, and is a guy that gets it. Rick Jamm with the Jamsphere Music Magazine met with Ike Mann and hit him with 20 excellent questions.

1. What did you eat for breakfast?

Ike Mann: Fruit and Fibre

2. What is your dream car?

Ike Mann: My last car was and still is my dream car. Bentley GT Continental

3. Last band or artist you listened to?

Ike Mann: Erm…this morning it was Isla Wolfe then Young Thug

4. Like your job?

Ike Mann: 100%! There are positives and negatives, but it’s important to learn from your experiences

5. Have you ever been in love?

Ike Mann: Once, but I was younger and stupid

6. What is success?

Ike Mann: Success for me is overcoming fear. Fear to start the business idea you have in mind, fear to make that career change, fear to approach that person that you take a liking to. Once you get past the fear and take action…the rest is an experience.

7. Leader or follower?

Ike Mann: What’s a follower?

8. What is better: certificates or experience?

Ike Mann: Experience all day. You can be book smart but experience outweighs any book in my opinion

9. Quality of life or quantity of life?

Ike Mann: Quality for sure. Not a fan of living long without achieving much.

10. Tell me how far away you live?

Ike Mann: I’m in the UK, but also spend a lot of time in Miami

Ike Mann: Google

12. Would you rather work 8-hours standing or 10-hours sitting?

Ike Mann: 8 hours standing

13. What age do you want to retire?

Ike Mann: I don’t. I want to always do something until I physically can’t anymore

Ike Mann: Listening to a female that can sing go acapella

Ike Mann: Of all time? Jodeci
